Group Fitness

Group Fitness is a generic term for our extensive range of fitness classes.
These include I.C.E. (Indoor Cycling Experience) and Les Mills classes: BODYATTACK, BODYPUMP, BODYSTEP, BODYBALANCE, and BODYVIVE.

These types of exercises are great for cardiovascular health, burning calories and they're loads of fun.
